There are some people who should realise that science is something worth paying attention to in class when you’re younger. It saves you from the inevitable situation where everyone realises what a complete and utter idiot you are, whether you are alive to experience it or not. No-one wants an epitaph on their grave to say ‘Died sticking his tongue in a plug socket’ do they?

So, first up, here is a person who didn’t quite understand the safe storage instructions on the side of a canister of pressurised propane:

Watch him pull up quick, realise the gas is spewing out and then – THEN – stick his head next to it, when common sense says ‘GET THE HELL AWAY FROM IT!’. The best part of this video is that you see it blow up at the end, taking his beloved pickup truck with it. Oh, that and the pretty flamethrower effects as it spews jets of gas out periodically.

Here’s a guy who is equally stupid. After learning a few things in physics you realise than a) water conducts electricity due to impurities and b) playing with electricity is stupid. Well, this guy didn’t.

Even after ‘testing’ this electric fence with his finger, he still doesn’t think that if it hurt him that much on a relatively tough bit of his body for that short amount of time, then peeing on the sodding thing will probably hurt a LOT more. I’m just hoping that the self-administered electro-shock treatment has sterilised him so his undoubtedly equally moronic offspring never get a chance to pollute the planet with dangerously high levels of stupid like their dad.
