How much would you pay to have your “spiritual issues” cleansed? £1? £2? A penny? For one Charles Silveira, money seemed to not be a problem when he handed over what amounted to over $900,000 to an online psychic who was working on his issues from the ethereal plane.

How and why did he hand over so much money, I hear you say? Well, aside from being a gullable sod, there are may reasons. First, he was a gullable sod. Second, he handed over $250,000 to the psychic for her to buy a load of gold and produce a big statue (which would help somehow I guess). Following this, he handed over more money for “additional expenses” (i.e. new shoes), $15,000 for a trip to a “spiritually significant” location in Florida (i.e. a holiday) and – get this – $700,000 worth of house for this psychic to live in while she dealt with the man’s case.

Apparently his juju was so screwed up she had to give up working on the online psychic site where they met at first, “dedicating” all her time to his problem. Must be something serious for all this to be needed – what was this guy in a previous life, a mass murderer?

He is now suing the woman (Ava T. Miller) for all of this to be returned – but only because the statue never showed up (that’s right, I don’t think he has realised yet how much of an idiot he is). He’d better hope he gets some return on his investment, or he will soon be looking for some of the Best Loans around to build himself another statue.
