A company in Serbia has banned staff coming in with dirty pants. Milomir Gligorijevic has warned staff with face instant dismissal should they arrive for work in dirty underwear. Quite how it came to this draconian and extreme measure, one can only wonder. In an orthadox working environement you might get email saying that you should “really keep the staff room more tidy or “should not park in a certain place”. So one would imagine that the staff ar Mr Gligorijevic stationers would have been flabbergasted by this circular memo.
The other question is of enforcement, and what constitutes “dirty”. Obviously at one end of the scale is full defecation, with a sliding scale of skid marks, follow through, right down to mild discoloredness.
